You\u2019re not the only pretty presentation on the half shell.<\/p>\n<p>From Staff &amp; Wire Reports<\/p>\n<p>Spring Zing<br \/>\nNew this spring at Scales is Chef Fred Eliot\u2019s Maine scallop crudo with preserved peach-pepper pur\u00e9e, pomelo, and fennel seasoned with Meyer lemon. \u201cEach summer we preserve a variety of peppers and chilies from local farms. One of our favorites is the peach peppers from Stonecipher Farm in Bowdoinham.
