Built in 1858, the cottage known at the turn of the 20th century as\u00a0<b>Sommerlyst\u00a0<\/b>is listed this fall for $4.3M. Incomparable views of the yachts and lobster boats gliding by\u00a0<i>do<\/i>\u00a0convey with this waterfront darling. Visitors will be enchanted by the luxurious yet understated finishes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"> &#8220;It rents for $14,000 a week.
