SARGENT<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">What can you see from your screened porch?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s a breezy day on the lake. The American flag and the Maine flag are waving on my island.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">What\u2019s your island called?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">My kids called it <strong>Ghost Island<\/strong>. We first saw it when my kids went with us to <strong>Aimhi Lodge<\/strong> from 2001 to 2005. But it\u2019s really <strong>Moon Island<\/strong>. From the sky it must once have been crescent-shaped.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">You have that extra dimension\u2014only<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1\">a pilot would say that.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">We think it was a man-made island when the lodge property was being created originally. All the extra dirt and rocks were put there.
