Sargent<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">riginally built in 1906,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">this <\/span><strong>Cape Elizabeth<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mansion\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was utterly revamped for former <\/span><strong>Fairchild Semiconductor<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> executive Darrell Mayeux by <\/span><strong>Anastos and Nadeau<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with <\/span><strong>Joseph Waltman<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as architect, in the late 1990s before being flipped in 2003 with an asking price of $3.8M by Town &amp; Shore Associates.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actually, with so many luscious amenities, it was too heavy to flip. What a slice of rockbound coast!
