Sargent<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s you drive along Ocean Avenue in <\/span><strong>Kennebunkport<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> toward the <\/span><strong>Colony Hotel<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, turn left to see the future.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHistory is always important to us,\u201d says Managing Partner John Martin. \u201cThe <\/span><strong>Ocean Bluff Hotel<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> burned down on this site in 1898. When the <\/span><strong>Breakwater Court<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was built to replace it in 1914, the designer was <\/span><strong>John Calvin Stevens<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Think of the historic Colony Hotel with its curving driveway as a demilune table bordered by Colony Road.
