Its sister restaurant in <strong>Washington<\/strong><b>, <\/b><strong>D.C.<\/strong> just won <i>Wine Spectator<\/i>\u2019s <strong>Award of Excellence<\/strong>. But why have the swells landed here? \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">Its northernmost location at 27 Western Avenue is as beautiful and tragic as an Italian opera.
