SARGENT<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">R<\/span><span class=\"s1\">emember the TV series <em>Hart to Hart<\/em>? If the millionaire detectives played by <strong>Stephanie Powers<\/strong> and <strong>Robert Wagner<\/strong> had kept a little place on the <strong>Saco River<\/strong>, this would be it!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cThe design was inspired by my parents\u2019 trips to <strong>Acapulco<\/strong>,\u201d says builder\/developer Michael Payeur, the listing agent. \u201cIt was Mom and Dad\u2019s dream home. My father, the late Fern Payeur, designed and built the house in 1975. We moved in in 1976.
