Beyond the next bend in the river is this stunning retreat, which has a tale all its own.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\">From outer space, 72 Vine Street, South Berwick, is situated on the confluence of two curving bodies of water, which means First Nations locals likely prized it. Viewed from this precious spot, the far half of the Salmon Falls River belongs to New Hampshire, while the near half is part of Maine.
