In 1929, 113 Perkins Cove Road in Ogunquit was built \u201cas a very small fishing shack,\u201d says listing agent Gail Bergeron. \u201cIt turned into a little bit of an artist\u2019s studio at one point,\u201d though the name of the artist has been lost to time. \u201cFor a while, it was a coffee shop.
