In 2012, restaurateurs Wayne Wescott and Robert Wallis<\/span> snapped up a wind-wracked cottage ay 30 Mouse Island Road in<br \/>\nSt. George and let their imaginations run wild. Soon, they fascinated spectators by completely reimagining the landmark into the sophisticated structure we see today.
