Rusting in Italy, Harry S. Truman\u2019s presidential yacht\u2013built at BIW in 1930\u2013is hungry for a new home.<\/h3>\n<p><em>By Steven W. Lindsey<\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>During his presidency, Harry Truman\u2019s place of refuge was his presidential yacht, the Maine-built USS\u00a0<em>Williamsburg<\/em>.
