If there’s a Montmartre in Maine, this romantic getaway is in the heart of it.

What luxury portfolio is complete without a bijou escape hatch? In 1929, 113 Perkins Cove Road in Ogunquit was built “as a very small fishing shack,” says listing agent Gail Bergeron. “It turned into a little bit of an artist’s studio at one point,” though the name of the artist has been lost to time. “For a while, it was a coffee shop. The present owners turned it back into a single-family residence.”
