Tell Us Your Service Story
Nancy and Colin Sargent answered the call of duty proudly, fell in love as Naval Officers, and married at the U.S. Naval Academy Chapel at Annapolis, MD, joining a family history of Naval Service. Colin’s last tour was as the editor of Approach, the Navy’s Flying Safety Magazine. They returned to Colin’s hometown (Deering High ’73), Portland, Maine, where his dad, a decorated WW2 aviator, worked at Casco Printing at 104 Middle Street for more than 2 decades. These milestones ignited his love for the printed word.
Portland Monthly Magazine is Colin and Nancy’s—as well as our dedicated staff’s (some who have been with us for 25 years) love song to you. Join us as we mark our 46th anniversary and celebrate our 41st year of bringing you Portland Monthly Magazine. Please wave if you see our car!
