Spending some of my most formative years living in Türkiye and Qatar gave me a deep appreciation for Turkish and Arabic coffee culture. When I lived in Türkiye, I spent months learning to brew the perfect cup of Turkish coffee. I even learned the art of fal, fortune-telling based on the grounds at the bottom of a cup of Turkish coffee. So when I heard a new cafe called Y%F would be opening at the corner of High Street and Congress Street, I was thrilled to learn that Turkish coffee was a menu highlight.
